Delilah's Detroit Pie

An upside down square pie. Cheese goes first and gets crispy on every edge.. Fresh Hand made soft crumb dough paired with NJ Style tomato sauce and fresh basil. This one is good enough to eat the whole thing alone.. freezes and/ or reheats for snacking later!
